	Skits at the Texas Roadhouse June 8 and 9, 2010 The Texas Roadhouse lent their support to the PRSL and allowed us to put on some skits for a fund raiser. This 2-day event was a whole lot of fun!


Prescott's Holiday Rodeo Parade We're all ready to go.


	Wyatt Earp Days PRSL made its annual trek to Tombstone, Arizona, to participate in the Wyatt Earp Days event.


Folk Arts Fair The Prescott Regulators & Their Shady Ladies, Inc. enjoy participating in Sharlot Hall Museum's annual Folk Arts Fair.


	Educating the Children The Prescott Regulators & Their Shady Ladies, Inc. traditionally visits with the 4th grade students at Del Rio School in Chino Valley as part of their Arizona History celebration.


History Time Line in Jerome The Prescott Regulators & Their Shady Ladies, Inc. joined with the Arizona Rough Riders and other historical units to present a unique Time Line in Jerome on May 15 and 16, 2010. This was part of the traditional Jerome House Tour weekend. The re-enactors presented colors each morning, held an 1800's fashion show, performed gunfight skits in town, held military battles and set an authentic camp at the north end of town.


	Military History at Ft. Verde The Ft. Whipple Regulars, a unit of PRSL, set up a fantastic exhibit at the Military History event at Ft. Verde, AZ on April 10 and 11, 2010. The Ft. Whipple Regulars re-enact a unit stationed at Ft Whipple in 1876.


"April Foolishness" at Sharlot Hall Museum On April 1, 2010 the Prescott Area Independent restaurant association (PAI) sponsored a new and unique fund raiser for Sharlot Hall Museum. It was a moving party that started at the Museum, then moved on to the Firehouse Restaurant. The Prescott Regulators & Their Shady Ladies, Inc. supported Sharlot Hall Museum by staffing the front gate, acting as hosts in the Museum's outlying buildings and just generally being available to assist with whatever was needed.


	Festival of the West - Costume "Sweep" On March 20, 2010 many of our PRSL members journeyed to Scottsdale to the Festival of the West. Members who entered the costume contest received an abundance of the awards that were granted that day. As the event was getting underway, JohnB, Lannis and JohnL stir up some excitement.


2010 Bowling for "Bigs" PRSL once again had a great time supporting Yavapai County Big Brothers/Big Sisters at their annual fundraiser.


	Military at Sharlot Hall On February 23, 2010 the Ft. Whipple Regulars participated in Sharlot Hall's monthly Museum event at Ft. Whipple, Prescott, AZ.


Hearts for Heroes On February 13, 2010, the Prescott Regulators & Their Shady Ladies, Inc., and our unique Ft. Whipple Regulars, were honored to assist with this event, the net proceeds of which will be used to benefit our military veterans.


	Gold Rush Days - Wickenburg The weather was just great and the crowd really appreciate PRSL as we marched in the Gold Rush Days Parade in Wickenburg, AZ on Saturday.


Bucky O'Neil's 150th Birthday Party PRSL enjoyed supporting Sharlot Hall Museum as they held a 150th Birthday Party for Prescott's Bucky O'Neil. Along with the Arizona Roughriders, our costuming added colorful flavor to the celebration.


	Prescott DAR Presentation On Monday, January 18, PRSL was pleased to speak with members of the Daughters of the American Revolution at their monthly meeting. It is through community outreach such as this that we share our mission and tidbits of Old West history.


Holiday Light Parade We had a great time decorating our float with sooooo many lights -- And decorating ourselves with all of the mini lights that made our costumes sparkle The weather was wonderful, and we couldn't have had a better time!.


	Credit Union West Our Sponsor, Credit Union West, had a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of their new office at Gurley and Grove in Prescott. PRSL was proud to attend, mingle with guests and support CUW's event.


Gathering of the Gunfighters PRSL attended the 12th Annual Gathering of the Gunfighters held at the Territorial Prison State Park in Yuma, AZ. It was a great 2 days which included a costume contest and competition skits. The following members won awards in the Costume Contest - Congratulations to Everyone! 	Prescott Christmas Parade On December 5, 2009 PRSL participated in Prescott's famous Christmas Parade. Miss Molly slept through the parade route as she IMAGINES what Christmas used to be.


Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Yavapai County This organization was our featured charity at our 2009 Shootout on Whiskey Row. It is PRSL's goal to share net proceeds from this event with a local charity. For the 4th year in a row, PRSL was able to increase our local donation. Our 2009 donation was $2,000.


	2009 USO SHOW November 15, 2009 PRSL was asked to assist the fine folks at CASA Senior Center in Prescott Valley with thier annual fund raising event for the Memorial tribute to our veterans. What a great bunch of people and we got to win prizes too!


2009 Rendevous of the Gunfighter November 14, 2009 PRSL always enjoys going to see our friends, The Arizona Gunfighters at Pioneer Village and helping them to raise cash and have a lot of fun. This year they had a costume contest that was absolutely fantastic! Especially since PRSL walked away with 7 awards and 4 of em were 1st Place!!


	2009 VETERANS PARADE NOVEMBER 11, 2009 PRSL members were on hand to give our men & women of the armed forces a big thank you and "SALUTE"


Halloween Costume Contest & Party October 25, 2009 PRSL was invited to our favorite den of drink & merriment for the Halloween Costume Contest and party at Donna's Hut. We also made Miss Donna an Honorary Member! Welcome & Thanks Donna!! We Love This Bar!


	Ghost Talk 2009 October 24, 2009 PRSL ghosts and goblins were onhand to assist the West Yavapai Guidance Clinic and their partners the Prescott Fine Arts Gallery with the annual Ghost Talks.


Peeple's Valley Ranching & Mining Show 2009 October 17 & 18, 2009 PRSL members were onhand at the 2nd Annual Peeple's Valley Ranching & Mining Show with a static display table, mining display and good ol' fashioned gunfights to entertain the patrons.


	Chino Valley Parade 2009 September 5, 2009 PRSL members, the Ft. Whipple Regulars, the float and the rain were having a grand time in Chino Valley.


Welcome Home Vets Day August 23, 2009 PRSL members were at the Veteran's Hospital in Prescott to celebrate Veteran's Past, Present and Future. SALUTE!!


	Arizona Living History Conference August 22, 2009 PRSL members assisted Ms. Melissa Ruffner in the 2nd Annual Arizona Living History Conference at Yavapai College. We opened doors and greeted the visitors, had a display table set up and talked about PRSL. Miss Lilly also gave a presentation on Shady Ladies and had a wonderful time. Look forward to next year!

Jail & Bail July 3-5, 2009 PRSL members set up their Jail & Bail to raise funds for their charity "Sharlot Hall Museum" at the corner of Whiskey Row and Goodwin. They were half drowned, blown to pieces (especially the popup) and endured wind and heat but had a great time and raised some good moolah for the museum.


	July 4th Parade, 2009 July 4, 2009 PRSL members and our old town float joined into the celebration once again for the 4th of July Parade. Lots of Red, White & Blue, and a great time as always. Oh, did I mention we won 1st Place in our category!! Yeppers! Thank you judges, Prescott and all our fans!!


2009 Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo June - July 2009 PRSL members were out front meeting and greeting all the rodeo fans who turned out to watch the World's Oldest Rodeo.


	Bluegrass Festival 2009 June 27, 2009 PRSL members were on hand and selling raffle tickets again this year to support the 2009 Bluegrass Festival in beautiful downtown Prescott on the Courthouse Square.


Chino Valley Health Fair June 20, 2009 PRSL members had a double header this day. We were happy to assist the Town of Chino Valley with their Fair. We got to do some skits, meet lots of nice people and gather some good information from the great vendors and booths on hand.


	Prescott Valley Parade 2009 June 20, 2009 PRSL members and the old west float were onhand for the Prescott Valley parade. The theme this year was "Clowning Around" and you know, we have several clowns in the group!


Blue Rose Theater's "Ladies of the Garden" 2009 June 2009 Our very own Lois Cyr, Treasurer Extraordinaire, was one of the leading cast members in the 2009, Sharlot Hall Blue Rose Theater's "Ladies of the Garden". Congratulations on a job well done.


	Dewey Private Party June 2009 PRSL was asked to attend this great party and check people for badges, lock up people who didnt have no stinkin' badges, perform skits and just have a good ol' time with the guests. Cant wait till next year!


1st Annual Harvey House Hullabaloo, 2009 June 5-7, 2009 PRSL went to sunny California to participate and support the 1st ever Barstow Harvey House Hullabaloo Show. Our Shady Ladies were Harvey Girls and our gentlemen were the best of escorts. Congratulations to our members who walked away with three costume awards and a $1600.00 Rig to boot!


	Arizona Travel Show 2009 June 2009 PRSL members traveled to Phoenix to represent the fine City of Prescott at the 2009 Arizona Travel Show. We got to brag about our town and invite lots of folks to come see us at the Shootout.


Wyatt Earp Days 2009 May 22-25, 2009 PRSL had their greatest ever time in Tombstone, Arizona this year bringing home 11 costume awards and 1st place in the competition! Thanks to all of the 30+ members who came out to participate, compete, cheer on the sidelines, take pictures and video. This could not happen without each and every one of you. SALUTE!!!


	2009 State Rotary Convention May 15, 2009 PRSL was asked to attend this annual event and add to the festivities. Wow, there were some great costumes there and I'm not just talking about us!


City of Prescott Tourism Booth May 9, 2009 PRSL was asked to assist the great employees of the City of Prescott with their Tourism Booth set up at the Harkins Theatre. We even got to arrest some scoundrels!


	Arizona Rough Riders Ball 2009 May 2009 PRSL members had a wonderful time once again dancing the night away with our good friends, The Arizona Roughriders at their annual ball. We thank them for inviting us and can't wait till next year!


Yarnell Parade 2009 May 2009 PRSL members and the old town float were once again in Yarnell, Arizona hooping and a hollering!


	50th Annual Arizona Historical Convention April 2009 PRSL members were on hand for this monumentuous event. Wow, 50 years! We were honored to assist Sharlot Hall with some good ol' chuckwagon dutch oven cooking and served up fajitas, beans, veggies, tortillas and good ol' peach cobbler for the attendees. Thanks for inviting us folks!


Ft. Verde Living History Weekend March 2009 PRSL members were on hand with our own Ft. Whipple Regulars to assist Ft. Verde in their annual living history weekend. There was a costume presentation, living campsites and everything from the 1800's to the Vietnam War Era on display. And the food was wonderful as was the Camaraderie in trying to keep this beautiful and historical fort open.


	Sharlot Hall Museum Fundraisor March 2009 Our very own George, portrayed Prescott's Maynard Dixon and the annual Sharlot Hall Museum fundraisor. People payed lots of cash to sit with this distingushed gentleman!


Festival of the West 2009 March 21, 2009 Members of PRSL attended the 2009 shopping gala and Costume Contest to support our good friends, The Arizona Gunfighters and we want to send a BIG thank you to Dianne Harris and her excellent cast of judges for hosting and reinstating the costume contest we all look forward too. Great job!


	Bowl for Kid's Sake March 8, 2009 PRSL members had a great time bowling for the Yavapai Big Brothers and Big Sisters. We also did meeting and greeting and won a trophy for Most Enthusiastic group in our session!! We raised around $900.00 for BBBS and had so much fun, I think we will do it again! Especially the girls who performed their skit: Bloomer Bowling! Thanks to everyone who participated! And to all our sponsors who donated to the cause. Great job everyone!


Elk's Opera House Anniversary February 14, 2009 PRSL members were honored to be at the Historic Palace Restaurant and Saloon to assist with the Anniversary party for the Elk's Opera House. Meeting, greeting, performing a good ol' shootout amongst the patrons. Thank you for inviting us. We had a blast!


	Gathering of the Gunfighters 2009 January 10 & 11, 2009 PRSL members made the journey once again to the Yuma Gathering of the Gunfighters event and competition. We walked away with 8 costume awards, got to see good friends, and had a wonderful time.


Night at the Palace December 13, 2008 PRSL had a great time with these fine people during their private Christmas Party. We were invited for entertaining, playing Faro, meeting & greeting and just having fun in general with the guest. As a bonus we got to play Faro & poker in the Palace and have a good ol gunfight. "Primers Only" did'nt want to scare nobody!


	Acker's Night 2008 December 12, 2008 PRSL was once again honored to be asked to assist the fine folks at Prescott City Hall with meeting and greeting and handing out cookies, coffee and hot chocolate. We even got a really nice letter from the Mayor!


Phippen 1st Annual Christmas Gala Decembert 7, 2008 PRSL was on hand to assist the Phippen Museum with their first annual Christmas Gala & Show. We lined the corridors of their entrance to say Howdy, waved at people on the highway and helped in any way we could. We were very grateful to be part of the event and hope to help this museum with future endeavors.


	Christmas Day Parade 2008 December 6, 2008 PRSL members were in festive spirits & costumes for this annual Christmas Parade. Christmas carols, warm smiles and holiday tidings of joy were all around. Merry Christmas Prescott!


Christmas Light Parade 2008 November 22, 2008 PRSL members were once again having a great time at the annual Christmas Light Parade. Walkers & riders had a great time on the newly decorated float. Thanks to the members who worked so hard getting this float ready and to the members who braved the cold. We won 2nd Place in our category! Great Job Everyone!!


	Veteran's Parade 08 November 11, 2008 We feel so honored to be able to partcipate in the Veteran Parade. We had our 1876 military group & Color guard there to show our respect for all the great veterans in this country and the great veterans we have in our organization.


USO Show 08 November 9, 2008 PRSL had a great time assisting these fine folks in their endevor to raise funds for the monument to our Veterans'. We even had a shootout inside without guns because of the torrential rains. It was a little different but enjoyed by all.


	Pioneer Village 2008 November 8, 2008 PRSL always looks forward to helping our friends, the Arizona Gunfighters in this annual event at Pioneer Village.


Prescott Ghost Talks October 25, 2008 PRSL had a ghostly time assisting with this event. Our own inhouse actors and actresses, meeters & greeters, ushers and all were looking ghoulishly good!


	NACOG PRSL members stepped up to the plate with little notice and were able to assist the fine City of Prescott with the National Association of the Council of Governments event.


Allan Street Wedding October 18, 2008 I think there was a Shady Lady caught just a little off guard at this one. Congratulations!!


	Helldorado 08 October 17-19, 2008 PRSL enjoyed the great hospitality of Tombstone Arizona in this historic parade. We performed several of our street performances and just had a great time as we always do in Tombstone.


Gold Fever Days - Fain Park Oct 11, 2008 PRSL members were onhand at this event with educational booths set up to teach the tenderfoots about mining and what it was really like in the old days. Yep, and even locked up a few of them rowdy boys!


	Fort Verde Day's 08 October 11 & 12 PRSL helped out the Fort Verde State Park with their educational Living History Event. We had alot of fun there even though the wind was gusting to 60 mph and it got down to 30 degress that night. It was a very interesting show and we had lots of visitors to our camp that comprised of the Chuck wagon & Cowboy Camp.


Access 13 Show September 28, 2008 PRSL was having way too much fun performing in the middle of the street at dark for this great event. Unfortunately, many of the pictures taken were too dark to post but you should have seen the smoke and blazing guns. It was great!! And attracted many many onlookers who had a lot of fun watching.


	Heritage days September 27, 2008 PRSL was at Sharlot Hall Museum for the 2008 Heritage Days first annual celebration. Members gave lessons on mining, military, frontier toys, chuckwagons and dutch oven cooking. We also served up some cobblers, ice cream and ice cold water for the visitors.


City of Prescott Employee Picnic 2008 September 20, 2008 PRSL was honored as "The Old West Ambassadors to Prescott", to perform for the city employees on what turned out to be a beautiful day. Members even got to get a little skit practice in beforehand.


	Trail Ride 08 September 12-14, 2008 Miss Rose, Renagade, Dale and Ol' George were back at it again for the 2008 PFD Trail Ride serving up so good ol' dutch oven cooking grub and goodies. The pre 1800 Studebaker chuck wagon gave the event a good ol' fashioned trail ride feel. Many thanks to the members who showed up and helped in this event.


Last Rodeo of 08 September 6, 2008 Well Rodeo Fans, another year has passed. PRSL members were proud to be at the last performance of the year saying Howdy and Belly Up to the Bar! Hope to see you next year Pard'ners!


	Chino Parade 08 September 2008 PRSL members were once again filled with excitement to join the fine town of Chino Valley in their annual parade and perform skits at the park for the townsfolks.


PBR Rodeo August 16, 2008 PRSL was meetin & greetin at the PBR and working hard serving up them adult beverages. Thank to the members for their hard work.


	Arizona Living History Celebration August 2, 2008 PRSL members were honored to be invited to and onhand to assist, at the first Arizona Living History Celebration hosted by Yavapai College and Prescott Historian, Melissa Ruffner. This one day event held many booths and presentations by local historians such as Jody Drake of the Blue Rose Theater, John Langolier of Sharlot Hall and Maxine Dillahunty of the Prescott Victorian Society. PRSL's military unit posted flags, members gave costume demonstrations of styles and characters from the civil war era through the 1890's and welcomed attendees to the show.


3rd Annual "Shootout on Whiskey Row" July 26 & 27, 2008 Well folks, another Shootout has come and gone. We want to thank all the wonderful reenactors for braving the cost of gas to get here, the sponsors who helped fund the event, the Arizona Gunfighters for their generosity and assistance with sound equipment and performances, the people who came out and supported us and the members of the Prescott Regulators & their Shady Ladies who worked so hard to pull this together.


	Arizona State Transportation Board Conference July 17, 2008 On the road again....just kidding! PRSL members did some good ol' pointing the way, meeting and greeting and served as escorts at this wonderful conference held at the Hassayampa Golf Club in beautiful Prescott. Thank you CYMPO (Central Yavapai Metropolitan Planning Organization) for inviting us.


Welcome Home Vets! July 12, 2008 Welcome Home to our soldiers returning from Iraq & Afghanistan. We Salute You and say Thank You to you and your families! PRSL members were honored to be at the Veteran's Hospital in Prescott when these soldiers returned. We were able to visit many booths showing all the services being offered to veterans coming home. PRSL military unit members were onhand along with some lovely shady ladies to say "Welcome Home"!


	Old Fashioned July 4th at Sharlot Hall Museum July 5, 2008 PRSL members served popcorn and water out of this beautiful popcorn wagon loaned to us by Jersey Lilly's Saloon at the renewed Olde Tyme July 4th celebration at Sharlot Hall. PRSL joined other groups in bringing back this celebration and we sure hope to do it again next year!


Prescott Frontier Days Parade 2008 July 5, 2008 PRSL, led with those beautiful Shady Ladies, followed by our own Military Unit and followed by a float of Red, White and Blue. America, Happy Birthday.


	Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo 2008 June 30 - July 5, 2008 PRSL were the Official Meeters & Greeters at the Worlds Oldest Rodeo and assisted these fine people serving up the coldest drinks around.


Prescott Valley Parade 2008 June 21, 2008 PRSL was back in Prescott Valley, Hootin & Hollerin, and just having a great time celebrating with the fine folks in town for the parade


	Fort Whipple Living History June 2008 PRSL' Military unit was on hand and proud to be part of the Fort Whipple living history presentation. Giving hitorical information and educating the public about how it really was in the old west. Wool, Arizona, Sun, boy do they look warm!


Blue Rose Theater June 11 - 14, 2008 PRSL Shady Lady, Miss Lilly performs as Lucille Yopp in the Blue Rose Theater's "Ladies of the Garden, 2008" directed by Jody Drake. I would have to say she looked a little different than what we normally see of Miss Lilly!


	Bluegrass Festival June 8,2008 PRSL was on hand once again to assist these fine folks in selling raffle tickets and visiting with the bluegrass loving public. There was some awesome prizes given out that day! A big Thanks to Molly B & Goldpan for all they did the day before.


Family Reunion June 7,2008 PRSL was invited to this family reunion at the American Ranch to give safety demonstrations, educational presentations and perform skits. We sure had fun!


	Masonic Lodge Convention June 5, 2008 PRSL was asked to attend and entertain at this grand event. We were able to perform a couple of skits, host a jail & bail in which the arrested had to perform singing performances to be released, George gave a couple of history lessons and in all everyone had a great time!


Half Time Show at Tim's Toyota Center May 2008 PRSL was so excited to be the Adrenaline half-time entertainment at Tim's Toyota Center. We loved the crowd and the crowd loved us. What a great honor to be invited.


	YMCA Race Day May 2008 PRSL members were on hand to cheer on the runners on this great day. The sun was out, the weather was beautiful and the runners gave their all. We salute those fine people and say "Job Well Done"!


Arizona Economic Development Convention May 2008 PRSL had a great time and was so excited to be invited to assist these great people at their conference. We arrested, jailed, bailed, laughed at and with the fine folks attending! We thank the Arizona EDC for inviting us and we hope to be invited again!


	Wyatt Earp Days 2008 May 24 & 25, 2008 PRSL had a wonderful time once again at the Tombstone Wyatt Earp Days 2008. We got to dress up and shoot guns! It just doesnt get any better than this. Oh, except the part where we got "2nd Place"!! WooHoo! And...6 costume awards...Another WooHoo! Good Job Everyone!


MAG Arts Show May 2008 PRSL was on hand at the May 2008 MAG Arts Show having a good ol' time, entertaining, talking to the people, and raising money for our 2008 charity, The VA Hospital in Prescott!


	The Official Old West Ambassadors to Prescott May 13, 2008 PRSL was honored by the City of Prescott Mayor Jack Wilson and City Council by being given a Proclamation as the "Official Old West Ambassadors to Prescott" from Councilwoman Mary Ann Suttles at the City Council meeting. We cannot express our gratitude and our sincere humble thankfulness! We will continue to try and make this town proud of us and work hard for those less fortunate folks. Thank You Prescott!


PRSL Goes To School May 2008 Four members of PRSL attended the Yavapai College Acting One Class and got to learn a little and play a lot!


	Children's Birthday Party Show May 2008 PRSL performed at their first children's birthday party. Parents contacted us after their son saw the group perform at the MAG Arts Show and could'nt tear him away. We had a great time, gave safety demonstrations and talked about gun safety to those little folks. Parents attending the party stated "It was the first time those kids were that quiet and paid attention that long". It was a great experience for us and a lot of fun for the little buckaroos and buckarettes!


Del Rio School 2008 May 2008 PRSL Members were just tickled to be invited back to the Del Rio School in Chino Valley again. We always have fun teaching the kids about the old west and was able to show em' a thing or two. More pics coming!


	A Shotgun Wedding April 2008 PRSL members were on hand to rope, I mean wrangle, I mean help this gentleman get to the wedding. They also helped with the decorations, cake and punch service and clean up detail. It was a beautiful wedding and the happy couple had a great time.


2008 Business Expo & Hometown Auction April 17, 2008 PRSL members showed up in their finest to assist the Prescott Chamber of Commerce during their 2008 Business Expo & Hometown Auction. Balloons went so quick we had to borrow some to take pictures!


	Roughstock Rodeo 2008 April 12, 2008 PRSL proudly assisted and volunteered at the Roughstock performance. A great time is always had by all!


History of the Soldier April 11, 2008 PRSL members were at Ft. Verde to assist in giving educational information and reenact some living history of the soldier.


	Event on the Square PRSL enjoyed this beautiful and historical day and got to mingle with the crowds. The square in downtown Prescott was the place to be and was buzzing with activity!


Prescott Victorian Society Easter Promenade 2008 March 23, 2008 PRSL was so happy to be invited to participate in the 2008 Prescott Victorian Society Easter Promenade around the Courthouse Square. Elegant Ladies and Gents from several groups all showed off their Easter finest! Happy Spring Everyone!

Festival of the West 2008 March 15, 2008 PRSL members were honored to be invited to display their finest in the Fashion Show at this event. We thank the Arizona Gunfighters and Miss Klondike from Pistols & Petticoats of Arizona for letting us play! And thanks so much Miss Klondike for announcing the 3rd Annual Shootout on Whiskey Row!


	Lily Langtree Returns to The Jersey Lil Saloon! March 1, 2008 George,Johnny Walker, Miss Bea Havin' and Miss Lilly transform this maniquin into the Lady this Saloon is named in honor of. A finer lady cannot be found within these doors (saloon doors that is).


The Palace Saloon & Restaurant February 13, 2008 PRSL members had a great time meeting and greeting guests to The Palace buffet. Great people, great fun, great food, great time!


	American Legion Fundraisor February 2008 PRSL was happier than a flea with a fat leg to help our friends at the American Legion with their fundraising event. We even donated back to them, our 50% of the raffle ticket money as our way of saying Thank You and SALUTE!!


2008 Arizona Roughriders Ball February 9, 2008 PRSL was honored to be invited to this Annual Arizona Roughriders Ball and had a wonderful time visiting friends, enjoying a great meal and contra dancing to the tunes of a great band and a great caller.


	2008 Wickenburg Parade February 9, 2008 PRSL had a great time for the third year in a row, attending this wonderful parade. The crowds were huge! There were so many entries this year with excellent decorations and fun themes. We were so honored to win "Best Adult Group" and we thank the City of Wickenburg, the judges and the great crowds!


10th Annual Gathering of the Gunfighters January 12 & 13, 2008 PRSL members had a great time visiting friends, competing in the gunfight performances, entering costume contest and lots of eating and visiting the local museums. We came away with three costume awards we are very proud of. We also salute the members who entered the constest but did not win. They are winners to us!!!


	2nd Annual Festival of the Trees December 15, 2007 PRSL Shady Ladies, Miss Bea Haven & Miss Lilly White, put together this wonderful western themed, decorated wreath, to place in our buisness host's, "Jersey Lilly's Saloon", in participation with the Prescott Downtown Partnerships, 2nd Annual Festival of the Trees Auction. Our wreath made us proud and got us a big $200.00 donation!! We thank our bidders and Jersey Lilly's!!


Ackers Night 2007 December 1, 2007 PRSL was honored once again to assist the City of Prescott City Hall with meetin' and greetin' and serving hot chocolate to visitors.


	2007 Christmas Day Parade December 1, 2007 Despite the rain and cold, PRSL members weathered the elements to celebrate the 25th anniversary of, and participate in this wonderful parade. And took home the gold with their award for Best Club. Thank you Prescott Chamber of Commerce, City of Prescott and our fans!


Visit to YEI Industries November 30, 2007 PRSL members were invited by their main charity for 2007, YEI (Yavapai Exceptional Industries), to view their facilities, meet the fine folk who work there and were proud to present to YEI, their check for $1,000.00 to that fine group. 	2007 Night Parade November 24, 2007 PRSL members and more lights than we could count, had fun in the streets of Prescott again with their float and saying Howdy to the brave crowds who withstood the cold to come have some Christmas Fun!


1st Annual Prescott Victorian Society Grand Ball November 17, 2007 What a Grand Event! We thank the Prescott Victorian Society for hosting such a beautiful Ball. We had a great time!!


	Veteran's Parade November 11, 2007 We are always honored to be in this parade. Thank you to all of the veteran's everywhere and to our own veteran's of our group. SALUTE!!


9th Annual Gunfighter Rendezvous November 3, 2007 A great opportunity to see our friends at the 9th Annual Gunfighter Rendevous, hosted by the Arizona Gunfighers and help out the Pioneer Living History Museum


	Zoofari 2007 October 27, 2007 PRSL members had a great time helping out the Heritage Park Sanctuary folks by attending the Annual Zoofari Benefit Gala and putting on a little show, setting up the jail, arresting folks and helping to raise funds for the Mexican Grey Wolf.


Boy Scouts Fundraisor October 27, 2007 PRSL got to use a gallows built by this scout troop leader and friends, to raise funds during their Haunted House event for the troop.


	Helldorado October 19-21, 2007 Such a Tradition and such an honor to participate in this historical event. PRSL always has a good time in Tombstone.


PRSL Private Party Show October 16, 2007 We were just tickled to be invited to this private party as entertainment. We got to show off the float, give safety demonstrations for the kids, meet & greet the attendees and just have a good time!


	Goldfever Days 2007 October 13, 2007 PRSL was honored to be the headliners at this event. Performing skits, arresting scoundrels and putting them in the Jail & Bail and entertaining the crowds.


Prescott Valley Olde Town Days October 6, 2007 PRSL had a great time being the entertainment for this event. With a booth set-up, gunfights in the street and safety demonstrations we were "Happier Than a Flea With A Fat Leg", assisting Prescott Valley in their celebration.


	PFD Trail Ride September 14-16, 2007 PRSL and PFD members, Joe & Lois Cyr (Miss Rose & Renegade Joe), Lannis Mills (James Hume) and Randy Hanks (Ol'George) and his pre-1900 Chuckwagon got to assist PFD with their Annual Trail Ride.


Chino Valley Parade 2007 September 1, 2007 We always have a great time in Chino Valley and our members show off their finest and their float!


	Premiere for the "3:10 to Yuma" PRSL had a great time attending the Harkins Theatre premiere night of the new version of "3:10 to Yuma". Plus we got to see the movie and take up half the seats in the theatre!!Just kidding. But the patrons really enjoyed us.


Mag Arts Festival 8/07 PRSL has a great time at this twice a year event, raising funds for their charity, YEI - Yavapai Exceptional Industries!


	2nd Annual SHOOTOUT on Whiskey Row July 28 & 29, 2007 The event was great, and everyone did fantastic. Take a look at some of the good times we had. It all started with the entrance to the corral!


VFW Wild West Days July 21, 2007 We love coming back each year and celebrating with this group.


	Spaghetti Western Expresso Grand Opening July 7, 2007 PRSL had a great time assisting these wonderful owners and staff at the new Spaghetti Western Coffee Shop "Grand Opening" on Sheldon at N. Virginia in Prescott


PFD 2007 PRSL loves PFD! The World's Oldest Rodeo! And we love being the Meeter's & Greeter's and working the bars! Where else would them shady ladies be? We appreciate PFD for the opportunity to raise funds for our charities! Salute!!


	PFD July 4th Parade June 30, 2007 We always enjoy this parade and the fact we are Independent to do so!!


Municipal Clerks Association Welcome Party June 20, 2007 PRSL Shady Ladies were honored to be invited to and were on hand at the Municipal Clerks Association welcome party to assist the City Clerk for the City of Prescott in meeting and greeting and welcoming clerks from all over Arizona. Plus it gave us a chance to advertise for ourselves and the 2nd Annual Shootout on Whiskey Row.


	Mayer Parade! June 2, 2007 PRSL had a great time in Mayer and came away with two awards!! Thank you Mayer, Arizona!!


Sharlot Hall Museum Folk Arts Fair June 2 & 3, 2007 The Prescott Regulators & Their Shady Ladies, Inc. gathered in a cowboy encampment set up by Joe and Lois Cyr. This provided a good opportunity to discuss late 1800's history with visitors to the event.


	American Cancer Society - Relay for Life June 2, 2007 The American Cancer Society, Relay for Life, was the featured charity of the Prescott Regulators & Their Shady Ladies, Inc. at the Mountain Arts Guild Fine Arts Show.


Safety Day at Del Rio Elementary School The Prescott Regulators & Their Shady Ladies, Inc. were proud to participate in Safety Day at the Del Rio A+ School in Chino Valley, AZ.


	Yarnell Daze Parade May 19, 2007 Yarnell Daze hosts a great parade as part of the many activities at this event.


Wyatt Earp Days May 26 through 28, 2007 A PRSL contingent headed to Tombstone to participate in the re-enactment competition, street skits, costume contest and just generally have fun.


	Mountain Arts Guild Fine Arts Fair May 12-13, 2007 PRSL set up a booth show casing both our organization and our featured charity for the day - The American Cancer Society. We enjoyed performing re-enactment skits, talking with the crowd, working hard for donations and taking in the great weather!


Festival of the West March 17, 2007 Numerous members of our group traveled to the Festival of the West at Rawhide. It's always a great day to wear our "old west" duds, do some shopping, try out the chuck wagon food, and.....of course.....enter the costume contest! Ten of our members ventured onto the judges' stage, and ten of the members walked away with a trophy! We had a good time cheering each other on, and we will probably do it all again next year.


	Roughriders Ball 2007 We love this event and look forward to it every year. We are honored to be invited and have a great time. Great friends, great food and great music & dancing. Just doesn't get any better!


Gold Rush Days - Wickenburg, AZ Parade February 10, 2007 At this parade, spectaters often run out to a float and give a garter to a deserving parade participant. Belle turned on the charm and got her fair share of these souveniers!


	Gathering of the Gunfighters - Yuma, AZ January 13 and 14, 2007 We had a great time re-acquainting ourselves with members from all of the other re-enactment groups that also participated in this annual event at the Yuma Territorial Prison State Park.


SASS Convention 2006 Several PRSL members attended the 2006 SASS Convention in Las Vegas. Enjoying the shows, vendors and classes. They even came home with a couple of awards! George - 3rd place "Classic Cowboy" Miss Lilly - 2nd place "Classic Cowgirl"


	Christmas Light Parade 2006 November 25, 2006 PRSL members creativity and hard work paid off with the float becoming a wagon and members braving the cold to put on one the best parade performances ever.


Prescott Christmas Light Parade November 25, 2006 We had a great time converting our float from an old western town to a covered wagon to support the "western Christmas" theme. We don't know how many lights we put on the float and tow vehicle, but it did turn off one of the generators due to an overload! Merry Christmas to everyone from the Prescott Regulators & Their Shady Ladies


	Veterans Day Parade November 11, 2006 We are proud to honor our country's veterans and enjoyed participating in the Veterans Day Parade at our local Prescott Veterans Administration campus.


8th Annual Gunfighter Rendevous 2006 PRSL was honored and excited to assist their friends, The Arizona Gunfighters, in helping to raise funds for this event benefitting the Pioneer Living History Museum. Performing their long time favorite skit, Mattie Silks.


	Ft. Verde Days October 14, 2006 We felt good about participating in this annual historial event at the original Ft. Verde in Camp Verde, AZ. The 2-day event featured mounted drills, Buffalo Soldiers encampment, presentations of 1800's crafts and other activities designed to highlight the fort during the Indian Wars time period.


Mitch & Denise Mackey Wedding March 4, 2006 PRSL was overjoyed to assist members, Mitch & Denise in putting on a good ol' fashioned, Old West Wedding! Ol' George was the preacher and hitched the two. 	Western Warehouse Show PRSL has a great time and were happy to help the Western Warehouse in Prescott Valley with their celebration. A great time was had by all!


Welcome Abassadors for PFD Grand Marshal July 1, 2005 PRSL members cannot express how honored they were to pick up the Rodeo Parade Grand Marshall and his charming brother, and escort them around town and to the TV station for interviews. They were delightful gentlemen and wonderful guests.

Champions for Charities PRSL camped out all night, performed skits and raised money for our friends at Hacienda de los Milagros.
